A streamlined live awards presentation will take place on the main altar at Vibiana and will be projected via a live feed to guests in the outside garden. New venue Vibiana is suited to hosting the awards, as the baroque architecture of the former archdiocese cathedral will provide the backdrop for the nominated artwork and for guests to mingle with some of the most creative minds in the motion picture marketing community.

The Key Art judges consist of marketing executives, creative directors, art directors, designers, writers, producers, editors and account execs representing the best of the creative community. For a second consecutive year, THR is employing an efficient and environmentally friendly online process for submissions, and judging in all categories - except 3D or interactive entries - will be evaluated in person. The Key Art Awards honor outstanding creative contributions to the marketing of theatrical motion pictures and DVD releases. Thirteen Best in Show awards will be presented during the event by top studio marketing executives. THR received a record number of submissions for this year’s awards, which will be given out in 74 categories for the first time, nods will be handed out for 3D and best integrated marketing campaign.
